The location was fantastic, offering easy access to attractions.
I was frustrated with the recurring toilet issues . Despite numerous complaints, the staff couldn't resolve it, unacceptable for any hotel. The lack of basic amenities like a fridge made the heat even more unbearable, and navigating the treacherous path to town was just a hassle.

This is a good medium priced hotel and our room was verry attractive both in furnishings and in having a balcony with a panoramic view.
The hotel was very convenient to the centre of Taormina and to paid secure parking though the hotel staff describe everything as '4 minutes walk' which is definitely not true. The hotel is on the side of the mountain with wonderful views but that means the walk to the centre of town is all uphill (about 10 minutes). The shuttle bus from the car park goes past the hotel but we didn't get a chance to ask if they would allow us to hop on or hop off at Hotel Natalina.

Personal assistance by the owner himself.
For longer stays a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor is a must because there is no view on the 1st level.

the soundproofing could be better. however, the staff were super welcoming and offered a cool local drink upon arrival. breakfast was fantastic, and the location lets you reach the gondola station quickly!

The breakfast was good, and the staff suggested a very good value combined private beach ticket with shuttle service included. Plus, the location was closer to downtown with easy access to local eateries like Sikelia Restaurant and Il Delfino Angelo Mare Di Cingari Aurelio.
The bathroom was a letdown with no shower box, and it had a nasty smell. There were huge restrictions about having guests, which took away from the fun of the stay.

We had the most very comfortable few days there. Staff were polite and the hotel was delightful, it had unbeatable location very close to everything. Location: the venue was close to bus terminal, where are the buses for Etna trip, the bus station and beautiful Taormina. Pizzeria Pizza Mania was 500 metres away from the place.

V. Nice hotel. A lovely location the best view from my balcony in any place I stayed on my trip to Italy. The squeezed orange juice and daily baked pastries were wonderful. Owner very helpful

Absolutely terrible experience, the shower head was just there in the middle of the bathroom, how charming, and the AC seemed like it woudl ve been brought from the 80s, freezing at night if only they had left it on! I expected some gift for my troubles, but they just didn't care at all. I almost left a nice review, but just couldn't.
